Mountgrange opened a Caltongate Visitor Centre on 24th November 2006. The purpose of the centre is to keep the public informed of the progress of the development. The exhibition includes display boards outlining full details of the masterplan and then each of the detailed applications as they come forward.
The exhibition also providse a facility for an electronic visitor’s survey to capture the public’s reaction to the proposals and to allow the project team to respond to the feedback. This survey will be independently designed, operated and validated by Mori Scotland. The feedback will be available to the project team, CEC officers and members and the Caltongate Liaison Group for their consideration.
